Exposure time: 8 minutes on a standard 400 ASA color negative film. Lens: 200 mm focal length. A print of this exposure was scanned on a HP scanner at 1200 dots/inch true color.For Web use the exposure was reduced to a smaller size and a resolution of 150 dots per inch at 16 million colors, creating a 458 KB jpg file.               The same exposure as above, but with increased blue to show the gas tail of the comet.             foto's en teksten ©2004 Gerard Hoogeland
